What is your Return Policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident you will love the feel of your new bedding.

If you are unhappy with your order, we will accept returns for items within 100 days of purchase.

Shipping fees are completely covered, and all returns can be refunded to the original method of payment. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

We will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of supply (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than that which is offered by us, the least expensive standard delivery). For this refund we will use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you specifically stipulate otherwise; in no case will you be charged a fee for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

When I can expect my refund?

Return processing typically takes 2–4 business days for your refund to be processed after your return has been delivered to its destination warehouse. Please allow 7–10 business days after your refund is issued to see the funds reflected on your bank statement. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
