Your order will be shipped from Vilnius, Lithuania.
If an item has been damaged in transit, MAÑANA will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us with your order details and an accompanying photo of the damaged item.
We offer refunds for all products returned within 100 days of purchase.
All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
If your original payment method was a MAÑANA Gift Card, you will receive a replacement gift card by email when your return is processed.

We will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of supply (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than that which is offered by us, the least expensive standard delivery), and immediately repay at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification has been received regarding your cancellation of this contract with us. For this refund we will use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you specifically stipulate otherwise; in no case will you be charged a fee for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You have to return the goods promptly and not later than one hundred days from the date upon which you inform us of the cancellation of the contract to:

This deadline is considered met if you have sent the goods before the period of hundred days. You only need to pay for a diminished value of the goods when the loss of value results from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the quality, characteristics and function of the goods.
